This course can be taken after completing the PADI Open Water Diver certification. It’s titled PADI Advanced Open Water Diver because it advances your diving knowledge & skills.
It is for those divers who want to expand their training to experience different aspects of the underwater world. The AOW Course is a taste of 5 different specialties within the PADI system. The course requires that you complete a Deep dive, a Navigation dive, and then 3 elective dives that can be: Night (recommended), Drift, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Boat, Fish Identification, Wreck etc. You pick! The course is completed in 2-3 days of training, all equipment necessary for the course is included.

Take the PADI Enriched Air Nitrox specialty certification course to learn how to use a higher percentage of oxygen to maximize your bottom times. This course is completed at the same time as your Advanced Open Water Course, but if you decide to add a day of diving we will include the Nitrox for you!
